Returns/ Exchanges

We want you to love your WristReaders. If you are unsatisfied with your merchandise for any reason, simply return your WristReaders to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. 

Beyond 30 days, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges, for either the frame or the lenses. 

Returns:

If you would like to return your WristReaders and it is within 30 days of purchase, please send your merchandise to the address below.  You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will notify you as soon as we receive your WristReaders. Please allow a few weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping / Payment

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping via USPS within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.  Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge, which varies depending on what state you live in.  The exact amount for expedited shipping will be provided when you place your order.

Can I send WristReaders as a gift?

Yes! We are happy to send your WristReaders as a gift to another address.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will be collected for all orders shipped to the state of Washington. You will be able to see the sales tax included in your order before you confirm your purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes, there is a $15 flat shipping fee for all international shipments and they are shipped via first class mail.  If we are shipping to you outside of the US, then you are responsible for any duties or taxes.
